These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services, equipment and facilities provided by SimPark (“the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
SimPark operates an indoor facility in Maresfield, UK which includes a Golf Simulator, Static Base Flight Simulator as well as Full Motion Race Simulators. We provide simulator hire, coaching, events, and membership services.
1.BOOKING & PAYMENT
1.1 All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed booking will not be affected by price adjustments.
1.3 You must provide accurate and up to date contact information when making a booking. Please refer to website for up to date memberships and pricing. Only the number of guests permitted under your membership plan may accompany you. Additional guests incur fees.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
2.2 If SimPark must reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer an alternative session at the earliest convenience.
3. HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to book any simulator.
3.2 Minors may use the simulators only under direct supervision of a parent, guardian or authorised adult member.
3.3 Individuals with certain medical conditions (including but not limited to motion sickness, epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnancy) should consult a physician before participating. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

4. USE OF EQUIPMENT
4.1 All simulator equipment is professional-grade and must be used responsibly.
4.2 SimPark reserves the right to charge for any intentional damage, misuse, or failure to follow safety or operational instructions.
4.3 We may terminate your session immediately, without refund, if your behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or likely to damage the equipment or facility.
5. MEMBERSHIP TYPES, ACCESS AND USAGE
5.1 Out of office hours access is provided through the SimPark mobile app. You must enable location services and use the key icon within the app to unlock the building. Please close the door securely upon entering.
5.2 Important: The car park barrier closes at 00:15am and reopens at 5:00am. You must vacate the premises and car park before the barrier closes.
5.3 Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing are detailed on our website.
5.4 By completing the induction process, you confirm that you understand how to operate the equipment safely and are aware of all fire exits and fire extinguishers.
5.5 Access to all simulators is subject to availability and requires advance booking. An induction is required before first use.
5.6 SimPark reserves the right to limit booking frequency to ensure fair usage. The daily fair-usage limits are:
• RacePark: up to 120 minutes per day
• GolfPark: up to 180 minutes per day
• FlightPark: up to 240 minutes per day
5.7 While we aim to keep all simulators available during operating hours, availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.8 Late arrivals will result in reduced session time without compensation.
5.9 Food and beverages are not permitted in the simulator area.
5.10 Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.
6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
6.2 Excessive no shows or late cancellations will result in booking restrictions or suspension of membership privileges.
6.3 No credit or refund is provided for missed sessions.
7. FACILITY RULES
7.1 Customers must use the simulator equipment responsibly and follow all safety instructions.
7.2 Use of the facility is entirely at your own risk.
7.3 Only facility approved golf balls may be used unless otherwise permitted. Marked balls, dirty equipment, or inappropriate footwear may damage screens or surfaces and may result in charges.
7.4 Clean, indoor appropriate footwear must be worn. Muddy or spiked shoes are not permitted.
7.5 Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules & t&c.
7.6 If your session is disrupted due to equipment malfunction or power loss, we will make responsible efforts to reschedule your session.
7.7 SimPark is a strictly no smoking and no vaping facility, including all indoor and outdoor areas on the premises.
7.8 Alcohol is not permitted on the premise and customers are not to use any simulator under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
7.9 SimPark is strictly a no pets facility.
8. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
8.1 Use of the simulator equipment involves inherent risks, including impact injuries.
8.2 By using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with simulator activities.
8.3 SimPark is not liable for injuries or damage to personal property except in cases of gross negligence.
8.4 Physical activity is required for simulator use; you accept all associated risks, including potential health issues and injuries.
8.5 All users are encouraged to maintain personal accident insurance.
8.6 CCTV is used for safety, monitoring and security. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded. Footage may be used for investigations or handed to authorities if required. Recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
9.2 SimPark is not liable for:
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or safety rules.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Delays, interruptions, or reduced session time caused by technical issues (although we will attempt to offer reasonable rescheduling where appropriate)
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by gross negligence.
9.4 Guests are responsible for any damage they cause and will be required to cover the cost of a repair or replacement.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1 SimPark collects and processes personal data to manage bookings, membership and communications.
10.2 Your information will be stored securely and will not be sold.
10.3 Data is only shared with third parties where required by law

11. CONDUCT
11.1 We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a session without refund if a customer
• Behaves abusively towards staff or other customers
• Poses a safety risk
• Damages or attempts to damage equipment
• Fails to meet the health or age requirement.
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
12. GIFT VOUCHERS
12.1 Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase.
12.2 Vouchers are not redeemable for any other services.
12.3 Gift vouchers are non refundable.
13. CAR PARK
13.1 Parking spaces are available for customer use at the front of the premises.
13.2 SimPark is not liable for any accident, loss, theft or damage occurring in the carpark.
13.3 The on-site electric vehicle charging points are reserved strictly for commercial use and may not be used by customers.
14. ADDITIONAL SERVICES – COACHING, EVENTS & PRIVATE HIRE
14.1 Coaching sessions are booked separately from simulator time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Coach availability is not guaranteed.
14.2 Events and private hire require deposits or full payment in advance. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event may not be eligible for credit or refund.

15.1 SimPark may update theses terms at any time.

SimPark – Consent & Waiver Form (Ages 16 and Over)
I wish to participate in the use of the simulators (collectively referred to as the “Activity”) at SimPark (“the Company”).
I confirm that I am sixteen (16) years of age or older. I agree to undertake the Activity in accordance with all rules and instructions provided to me prior to participation, including any instructions or advice issued before or during the session.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety while undertaking the Activity.
I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that may increase the likelihood of being involved in an incident resulting in injury to myself or others.
I certify that I have no pre-existing medical conditions or pregnancy that could, through participation in the Activity, result in injury to myself or harm to my health.
I acknowledge that the maximum permitted weight for participation in the Activity is 135kg, and I confirm that I do not exceed this weight.
For Participants Under 16 Years Old
I am the parent/guardian of the child/children listed below who is/are under sixteen (16) years of age. I consent to their participation in the simulators (the “Activity”) at SimPark.
If I am not the parent or legal guardian, I declare that I have authority from the child/ children’s parent or guardian to sign this risk acknowledgement form.
I acknowledge the risks of the Activity on their behalf.
I confirm that I am responsible for the child/children in my care and will ensure that they undertake the Activity in accordance with all safety rules and instructions provided before or during the session.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety and supervision of the listed child/ children (and for our possessions), and that SimPark does not provide supervision of children using the premises, attending unaccompanied, or left unaccompanied on the premises.
I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the child/children are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that may increase the likelihood of being involved in an incident resulting in injury to themselves. (If in any doubt, I will verify with the child/ children’s parent or guardian.)
I certify that the child/children have no pre-existing medical conditions that could result in injury or harm to their health through participation.
I acknowledge that the maximum permitted weight for participation is 135kg, and confirm that the child/children do not exceed this weight.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing the suitability of the Activity for the child/children in my care.
Acknowledgment of Risk (All Participants)
I understand that SimPark does not assess individual participants’ abilities or the suitability of the Activity for any individual. All participants, parents, and guardians must make their own assessment of whether the Activity is appropriate and whether the participant is capable of safely taking part.
I understand that the Activity is physically demanding and is a high-impact, full-body experience requiring intense focus and awareness of personal physical limits.
I understand that using the Activity involves increased inherent risk, and that I/he/she/ they participate entirely at my/their own risk.
Risks Associated with Simulator Use
I understand that participation may result in personal injury—particularly if the equipment is not used correctly—including but not limited to:
• muscle strains
• sprains
• dislocations
• other injuries associated with high-force motion systems
Race simulators used at SimPark are designed to replicate professional motorsport environments, using:
• professional direct-drive force-feedback systems
• haptic technology
• full-motion components
• flashing lights, images, and video content
Due to these features, the simulators may not be suitable for:
• pregnant guests
• elderly guests
• guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or aneurysms
• individuals with recent surgery or illness
• individuals with neck, back, or bone issues
• individuals with epilepsy or photosensitivity (due to visual effects)
• individuals prone to motion sickness
Guests in these categories should consult a physician before using the simulators.
By using the facility, you assume all risks associated with simulator use. SimPark is not liable for injuries or damage to personal property except in cases of gross negligence.
I accept that such injuries may occur through normal use of the equipment and not necessarily as a result of defective equipment or negligence by the Company.
I understand and accept that the Activity requires a moderate level of fitness and should not be undertaken unless I/he/she/they am/are physically able to do so.
I understand that I/he/she/they am/are responsible for my/their own actions while using the Activity. I understand that SimPark does not provide direct supervision of participants and does not provide training or tuition in the use of the Activity.
I understand that SimPark does not assess any participant’s skill level, abilities, competency, or the suitability of the Activity for their use.
In the unlikely event of an accident, I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from or connected to the Activity (except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence). I waive all claims against the Company in this respect.
I confirm that I (and the child/children in my care, where relevant) have read, fully understand, and voluntarily accept these terms of participation without any inducement prior to signing/submitting this form.
Where a booking is made on behalf of a group, I confirm that I am authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all participants in that group and accept responsibility for ensuring their compliance with the above conditions.
I acknowledge and accept that CCTV images of all park entrants are monitored and recorded throughout the premises for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety.
