<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe 3D visualizer will use these details to create 3D models of all the separate elements which will be in the scene. This includes the space (walls, windows, floor and ceiling), all the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and any other items. These are then positioned in the scene and covered in a white material. Cameras are set up and ‘greys’ are sent to our client for comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the client has chosen their preferred views the 3D visualiser will add the textures and lighting to start making the image look realistic. Again this is presented to our client to make any necessary design changes. We call these ‘markups’ but they have many other names, ‘redlines’ ‘comments’ feedback’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the changes made, the 3D visualiser sends through the final issue. It has been a long journey and many hours have been spent modelling, lighting, texturing and emailing back and forth. This is now the image the customer can use for marketing, design or presentation to their clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Over the years our 3D artists have produced thousands upon thousands of 3D images, all of which are unique.
